Our Baisc Omaha Barn includes: 7' sidewalls, half loft and ladder stairway, 6" eave on all for sides, 4"x4" treated skids, floor joists on 12" centers, 5/8" plywood floor deck, studs and rafters on 24" centers, 8" on center 7/16" cedar textured hardboard siding, 7/16" OSB roof decking, single 4' wide by 6' tall door, your choice of colors in a 3-tab fiberglass shingle. Free delivery within 30 miles of Joplin, $2.50 per mile therafter. Larger buildings are built-on-site. Leveling, which is highly recommended, is required on all built-on-site buildings. Any buildings over 16' wide have 12" taller walls. Our smaller buildings make ideal playhouses. Classic Upgrade includes: Basic Building upgraded to: two-tone paint job (base & trim), 2-8"x16" metal vents, and leveled on 4"x8"x16" concrete cap blocks.
