| Portable Garages Our Portable Garages includes: 8' sidewalls, 4"x4" treated skids, floor joists on 12" centers, 5/8" plywood floor deck, studs and rafters on 24" centers, 8" on center 7/16" cedar textured hardboard siding, 7/16" OSB roof decking, single 4' wide by 6' tall door, 8x7 or 9x7 roll-up garage door, your choice of colors in a 3-tab fiberglass shingle. All garages requrie leveling and are built-on-site. Any buildings over 16' wide have 12" taller walls and 3-4"x4" treated skids. |
| Permanent Garages Our Permanent Garages includes: 8' sidewalls, 4" slab with 24" footing (monolithic pour), 2" rebar & wire in slab, 2" gravel & plastic under slab, studs on 16" centers, trussed roof on 24" centers, double top plate, 7/16" OSB roof decking, 15lb roof felt placed under 25yr 3-tab fiberglass shingles on a 4/12 roof pitch, 12" boxed-in eave on all 4 sides, vinyl siding over 7/16" OSB sheathing OR painted 7/16" cedar textured hardboard siding (on both, color is up to you), roll-up garage door (either 1 or 2 car), 32" 6-panel steel entry door, 2-3'x3' mill-finish aluminum single pane windows. |
